Always Natural Ingredients

Yesterday, my youngest daughter, Sela, had this crazy idea to hit up Seattle. Yes, it was a beautiful day to take that long two-and-a-half-hour drive! I must confess, Pike Place is one of the biggest attractions I love visiting. Because I love natural ingredients for my cheesecakes, I stumbled upon this one stand called "Woodring Natural Flavoring." My brain started turning, and the wheels were burning when I found these homemade flavorings when topping off my cheesecakes!

I was able to sample all three of the largest jars, and WOW! This would turn any cheesecake into a gourmet delight! The Whiskey Caramel is naturally sweet, and that hint of Whiskey is the absolute topper! After speaking with the kind man behind the counter and sharing how I bake and sell my cheesecakes, he offered me a shipping discount when I order in bulk!

I can't wait to get my first cheesecake order with one of these toppings! Imagine the topping of the Whiskey Caramel on top of a NY Style Cheesecake!
