All cheesecakes must be paid for up front, as each is a gourmet baked item. I have multiple payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, Square Debit Card Payment, and Cash. 

I require at least 48 hours' notice for each cheesecake, and once an order is placed, your delivery can be expected in 2-3 days. Delivery is available within 10 miles. For anything beyond 10 miles, an $8 delivery fee will apply. You have the option to pick up from my home if that suits you better. 

I can do last-minute cheesecake orders if my schedule allows. For last-minute cheesecake orders, an additional $10 fee will apply. When a fruit cheesecake is requested, The Cheesecake Fix will only do the seasonal fruit at the time of making your cheesecake in order to keep costs down. Fruit that is chosen and not in season; prices may change and are at The Cheesecake Fix's discretion. 

Ingredients (MOST IMPORTANT) - All the cheesecakes made are made with genuine Philly Cream Cheese. Both brown and white sugars are used, and 100% pure vanilla. Additionally, cheesecakes that require nuts, walnuts, peanut butter, or any other nut will be made at the discretion of the person ordering them. Chocolate, fudge, and white chocolate will be used for certain cheesecake orders that call for them to complete the cheesecake. If you have any type of food allergy, it is up to the person ordering their cheesecake to notify The Cheesecake Fix of said allergies. 

Please know your food allergies when ordering any cheesecake. The Cheesecake Fix is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any allergy that may arise from any of my cheesecakes. If anyone orders one of my cheesecakes, is aware of their allergies, and does not notify The Cheesecake Fix, the health and welfare of the person is responsible for their own health. 

PRICING - To continue providing the quality ingredients, homemade flavor, and beautiful cheesecakes you love, The Cheesecake Fix will be making a small pricing adjustment beginning June 1st, 2026. Every cheesecake is still handcrafted with care using premium ingredients, and your support means everything to me and my small business. I’m incredibly grateful for every order, share, and recommendation.
