How The Cheesecake Fix Started
Sitting in a doctor's office 15 years ago, I came across a cheesecake recipe. I went out, bought all the ingredients, went home, and made it, only for it to burn and flop! Well, five cheesecakes later, I figured out exactly what to do. I made my sixth cheesecake, passed it around my neighborhood, and before I knew it, I had 37 orders in one day. Now, I am proud to say I have earned five stars for all my cheesecakes. My passion is baking, and recently, I have decided to add cupcakes to my menu.
I love spending time on the computer finding new and interesting cheesecake recipes. If you have a personal one not listed on my menu, not a problem! Bring me your favorite cheesecake, and I will make it.
Of course, many have asked for my recipe, and of course, I never give it out! With my signature cheesecake and crust, you will surely dive in and love it!
