How The Cheesecake Fix Started
I spent almost 40 years in the hospitality industry as a food server and event planner. I have a clear understanding of the freshest of foods. During those 40 years, it was important to me to serve the best of the best food to either a single person or a room of more than 100 people. Fifteen years ago, I was sitting in a doctor's office flipping through a magazine when I found a cheesecake recipe and just had to try it. After five failed attempts, I mastered the art of making delicious cheesecakes. Since then, it has become my passion to ensure that every cheesecake ordered is the freshest of fresh.
If a cheesecake is not up to my standards, I will start over and remake it for any orders. I want all my customers to enjoy their cheesecake from the first bite to the last!
All my cheesecakes are made with the freshest ingredients, from the Philadelphia cream cheese to premium vanilla, natural sugars, the freshest of fruits, nuts, pecans, brown sugars, and, of course, the secret arsenal that I add to every cheesecake. Now, fifteen years and counting, I still love what I do!
